Leukaemia UK recognises the importance of face-to-face collaborative events for scientists, clinicians and other researchers into leukaemia and associated conditions, especially where such events enable early career researchers or those from smaller research communities to share data and other developments in an informal and supportive environment.

To help with this, Leukaemia UK can provide funding to sponsor or otherwise support conferences or other events of relevance to the leukaemia research community, up to a maximum of £1,000 per event per year. There is no application deadline. All applications will be assessed by Leukaemia UK as they are received, and funding will be allocated on a rolling basis until all funding for the relevant calendar year has been allocated.

Event organisers who would like to request such funding should complete the Conference Support Fund application form and then email it to our Research Manager Dr Tom Simpson as early as possible in advance of the event.
