  1. The Promoter
  • The promoter of the Fuel Up Gift Box prize draw is Registered Charity Leukaemia UK, charity number: 1154856 and SC055079, with a registered office at 26 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5BL
  1. How to Enter
  • The prize draw will run from 9am on Thursday 23rd July 2026 to 12pm, Thursday 17th of September 2026
  • The Prize Draw is free to enter
  • To enter, you must create a Fundraising page for Leukaemia UK in relation to your participation in the Virtual Challenge ‘Walk 100km in September’
  • Your fundraising page must receive donations totalling £150 or more (either as a single donation or multiple donations) by 12:00pm on Thursday 17th September 2026 to qualify for entry.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of any additional amount raised above the £150 minimum.
  1. Eligibility – This prize draw is open to all registered Leukaemia UK Walk 100km in September 2026 participants who:
  • Are UK residents aged 18 or over and have raised £150 or more on their official fundraising page for Leukaemia UK.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter:

  • employees of Leukaemia UK (the Promoter) or its holding or subsidiary companies; the Promoter’s agents or suppliers, or any of their employees, holding companies, or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; members of the immediate families or households of any of the above.

 

  1. Fundraising Deadline
  • Funds must be shown as received on the participant’s fundraising page by Thursday 17th September 2026 at 12pm.

  1. The Prize
  • The prize has been donated by The Bytes Co, ELEAT and Graze.
  • The prize consists of:
    • 10 packs of Energy Bytes (each pack containing two bites);
    • Two packs of ELEAT Chocolate Protein Breakfast Oats; and
    • Two Graze snack bar boxes, each containing four bars.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize item with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
  • The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are able to consume the products included in the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any allergies, dietary requirements or adverse reactions relating to the prize products.
  • The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner at no cost to the winner.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding all aspects of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning it.
  • This promotion is administered solely by Leukaemia UK and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Bytes Co, ELEAT or Graze.

 6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be selected using a randomised computer, on Thursday 17th of September 2026 after 12pm.
  • The winner will be contacted by email or phone using the details associated with their event registration.
  • If the winner does not respond within 2 days, Leukaemia UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. In no event shall Promoter be required to award more than one Prize.
  • The Prize will be sent to the winner via tracked 48 postage within seven working days of being notified of their win.
  • The winner of the prize will be publicly announced by Friday 18th September 2026 and the winner agrees for their name and details of their fundraising campaign to be published in the Facebook Group.
  • The winner may be asked to provide a short video or written testimonial about their prize experience, which may be used for promotional purposes.
  1. Delivery of the Prize
  • The prize will be sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 postage once the winner is confirmed.
  • Leukaemia UK is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third parties during delivery.
  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in these terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice: Privacy policy – Leukaemia UK. See also clause 6 regarding the announcement of the winner.
  • Only information necessary for administering the prize draw will be used.
  1. General Conditions
  • If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • These terms are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
