Dermalux Facial Voucher Prize Draw T&C’s 

1. The Promoter 

• The promoter of the Dermalux Facial Voucher prize draw is Registered Charity Leukaemia UK, charity number: 1154856, with a registered office at 26 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5BL 

2. How to Enter 

• The prize draw will run from 9am on Monday 16th March 2026 to 12pm, Thursday 30th of April 2026  

• The Prize Draw is free to enter  

• To enter, you must create a JustGiving page for Leukaemia UK in relation to your participation in the Hackney Half 2026  

• Your fundraising page must receive donations totalling £150 or more (either as a single donation or multiple donations) by 12:00pm on Thursday 30th April 2026 to qualify for entry.  

• Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of any additional amount raised above the £150 minimum. 

3. Eligibility 

This prize draw is open to all registered Leukaemia UK Hackney Half Marathon 2026 participants who: 

• Are UK residents aged 18 or over and have raised £150 or more on their official JustGiving fundraising page for Leukaemia UK. 

The following individuals are not eligible to enter: 

• employees of Leukaemia UK (the Promoter) or its holding or subsidiary companies; the Promoter’s agents or suppliers, or any of their employees, holding companies, or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. 

4. Fundraising Deadline 

• Funds must be shown as received on the participant’s fundraising page by Thursday 30th April 2026 at 12pm. 

 5. The Prize 

• The prize is supplied by NakedHealth MediSpa Wimbledon, 261-263 Coombe Lane, London SW20 0RH. 
• The prize is a Dermalux Facial. “A Dermalux facial is a treatment that uses LED light therapy to boost skin health by stimulating collagen, reducing inflammation, and improving overall radiance. It’s gentle, non‑invasive, and safe for all skin types. • The prize consists of a treatment provided directly by an independent third‑party spa/clinic. Leukaemia UK is not responsible or liable for any aspect of the treatment, including but not limited to: 
• The quality or outcome of the treatment. 
• Any side effects, reactions, or complications arising before, during, or after the treatment. 
• The winner’s satisfaction with the service provided. 
• Any cancellations, changes, or issues caused by the spa/clinic. 
• The winner enters and attends the treatment at their own discretion and risk, and must comply with any consultation processes, medical assessments, or terms set by the treatment provider. Any concerns about the treatment must be raised directly with the spa/clinic. 
• The prize is non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. 
• The voucher may have its own expiry date and usage terms set by the spa/provider; Leukaemia UK is not responsible for these. 
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the donation giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  

6. Winner Selection and Notification 

• One winner will be selected using a randomised computer, on Friday 1st May 2026 after 12pm. 

• The winner will be contacted by email or phone using the details associated with their event registration. 

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Leukaemia UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. In no event shall Promoter be required to award more than one Prize. 
• The Prize will be sent to the winner by email within seven working days of being notified of their win. 

• The winner of the prize will be publicly announced by Friday 8th May 2026 and the winner agrees for their name and details of their fundraising campaign to be published. 

• The winner may be asked to provide a short video or written testimonial about their prize experience, which may be used for promotional purposes. 

 7. Delivery of the Prize 

• The prize will be sent via post once the winner is confirmed. 

• Leukaemia UK is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third parties during delivery. 

 8. Data Protection 

• Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in these terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice: Privacy policy – Leukaemia UK. See also clause 6 regarding the announcement of the winner. 

• Only information necessary for administering the prize draw will be used. 

 9. General Conditions 

• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 

• These terms are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
