London Landmarks Half Marathon: April 2026
Join Team Leukaemia UK in an iconic race, from famous cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runners will get to explore the capital on a route like no other!
The 13.1-mile route takes place on a fairly flat course that is perfect for either taking on your first half marathon or seeking that elusive personal best in stunning surroundings, with an electric atmosphere and all whilst raising vital funds for life-saving research and improved care.

Ballot Places – These are now open. If you secure your own ballot place, you can still join our team for the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 and we’ll be able to give that spot to another Team Leukaemia runner and raise even more vital funds in the fight against leukaemia devastating lives.
