I sorely miss the presence of a loving father figure in my life. When I was 3 years old my dad died of Hodgkins Disease and this has impact my family's mental and psychological wellbeing ever since. The sadness felt by all the family has created a large chasm where the emotional trauma opened up the wound of many grieving hearts. Even though my father is no longer here, his legacy lives on in the memories of the trauma experienced by those left behind. I hope to help people understand more how they can prevent stress, relationship trauma, mental pressure to be perfect, ideal, and just love themselves no matter what. Stress is the biggest killer of them all. We need more education around how to balance our systems and manage our emotional health and commit to a programme of self-care as a matter of priority. I miss you dad and love you xx
