DESCRIPTION:Set to be one of the greatest Ultra Challenges – basecamp is in Scarborough – famous for its Fair\, and a popular seaside spa since the 17th century. The route heads around the town & beaches\, past the castle and then north along the Cleveland Way\, with a stunning & historic coastline up through Robin Hood Bay and onwards to Whitby\, of Captain Cook & Abbey fame\, and our welcome halfway 50km stop. For full 100km challengers\, it’s inland along the Esk Valley before heading south into classic moorland scenery.
