Our care projects

At Leukaemia UK we work to bring together all the elements you need to help you cope with a blood cancer diagnosis. We understand that effective treatment will be top of your priority list, but there's a lot more we can help you with.

Leukaemia or other blood cancers can impact many areas of your life, including your friendships, your job, your finances and your mental health. At Leukaemia UK, your wellbeing comes first. We are passionate about making a difference to those affected by a blood cancer.

We believe that to support you fully, we need to promote innovative ways of caring for people diagnosed with blood cancer and invest in research to find kinder and more effective forms of treatment.

    During his treatment for Leukaemia in Australia, The Leukaemia foundation provided invaluable support to Scott and his family, enabling him to relocate to Sydney where he was receiving treatment. His friends in the UK would like to remember him by showing their support for this equivalent organisation in the UK, to help other families going through similar experiences.
